ROLE DESCRIPTION
Join Rod Badely Insurance Agency Inc as an Insurance Account Representative and build a rewarding career helping people protect what matters most.
We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated, and sales-minded professional who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and achieving goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Help grow the agency through sales and exceptional service
- Work closely with our team to provide a great customer experience
- Make a positive impact in our Northwest Arkansas community

QUALIFICATIONS
- Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Motivated to help customers while achieving personal and team goals
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
